We're Jennie + Meredyth Mustafa-Julock — as in the humans and the business name — and we're here to help people with impatient ambition stop playing small and start making things happen.
Our Story
...in a teeny-tiny nutshell.
It all started in college
Picture it: 1997. The RENT soundtrack blasting, questionable fashion choices everywhere, and two college students falling head-over-heels in love at Flagler College. That was us. We've been inseparable ever since, through every twist, turn, career pivot, and ridiculous adventure. We've even married each other a couple times now (thanks, marriage equality!).
Two worlds collided
Jennie spent 18+ years as a professional coach, speaker, and author, running solo as Coach Jennie. Meanwhile, Meredyth was revolutionizing education as a special educator and Assistant Principal. When Meredyth joined the biz in 2021, everything clicked thanks to her expertise in adult learning and borderline obsessive love for instructional design and systems.
Life on the open road
Today, we're digital nomads living full-time in our 28' Airstream (the bougie Pottery Barn Edition, because that's how we roll). We pretty much chase 70° weather across North America, proving you can make things happen from anywhere with decent wifi service. Our unconventional lifestyle fuels our unconventional approach to helping you achieve more.

We're living proof that you don't need a traditional office (or even a permanent address) to run a successful business. Our Airstream is our home, office, and adventure mobile all rolled into one shiny aluminum package.
We chase good weather, strong wifi signals, and beautiful views. Sometimes we find all three, sometimes we settle for two out of three. Either way, we're making it work and loving every minute.

Sadie is our adorable four-pound pup who doesn't actually add any tangible value to the biz, but we trust she'll find a way soon. She's currently accepting applications for pen paw pals.
